Extra peace of mind

We think our standard warranty is one of the best around, but understand that sometimes you need extra assurance. Our standard collect and return warranty can be upgraded to our Extended Service Plan including Next Business Day On-Site Cover.

If you need to keep your downtime to a minimum, our Extended Service Plan option will give you access to replacement parts, whole products or an on-site engineer within 1 working day of reporting the fault.

3-in-1 triple cover

Every fault has a different solution, and we want to make sure that you get the quickest, best fix for yours. To get you back up and running as soon as possible, we provide 3 different types of assistance.

To make sure you get the best service, we’ll use one or more of the methods listed to achieve the speediest and fullest resolution to your problem.

Remote diagnostics and support

A session with a VeryPC engineer who will remotely access the problem machine to fully diagnose the problem and if possible perform a fix during the session.

Advance parts or product

If it is clear that a simple hardware swap out will fix your issue, we’ll pop the appropriate component or full product in the post to be with you the following day.

On-site engineer

A VeryPC engineer will visit your site to perform whatever fix needs making.
