If you have a problem with a VeryPC product, you can submit a request for technical assistance below. You will be contacted shortly by a VeryPC technician who will try to solve your issue right away. If that is not possible, you will be told what your options are and what needs to happen next. Don’t worry, if your problem is our responsibility, we’ll do everything we can to fix it as quickly as possible at no charge to yourself, and even if it isn’t, we’ll let you know what else we can do to help, though there may be charges for our services in these cases.
Your Fix Me Quick number is a way for us to quickly identify the specifics of your product and is pictured below. Your Fix me Quick number will be on a barcoded sticker somewhere on the product chassis. If you do not find a Fix Me Quick sticker on the chassis, this is most likely a third party product supplied by us. For third party products, please check the in box literature or refer to the manufacturer’s website.
