Rolling out new devices during term time can be a real challenge. Teachers are busy, IT teams are stretched, and no one wants piles of boxes in corridors or classrooms that are out of action.
Deliver to Desk is our classroom ready installation service that takes the hassle out of deploying new VeryPC devices in your school. Once you place an order, you simply book an installation date that fits around your timetable. Our service team will deliver your equipment to the right room, or work with a trusted courier if that is more suitable.
On the day, our engineers handle everything at the desk. They unbox each device, connect power and data, set up keyboards, mice and monitors, including any mounting options you have chosen, and make sure systems are ready to use. Your staff walk into a clean, tidy space with working kit instead of a stack of cartons.

Optional decommissioning and recycling of old equipment
All waste packaging is collected and either recycled or handled by a licensed third party. We can also remove redundant PCs, with the aim of recycling or refurbishing them for charitable use. All Deliver to Desk staff are covered by enhanced annual DBS checks and comprehensive insurance, so you know your classrooms and equipment are in safe hands.
