We are currently interested in recruiting new teammates for the following positions:

Senior IT Support Technician

Reporting to the Technology Director, you will be part of our service desk team, responsible for the day-to-day logging, diagnosing and resolution of our client’s issues with various hardware platforms and software packages as well as the installation and configuration of new hardware, software, and services.

The role is varied and requires someone who is not only strong on a technical level but also a great communicator, well organised and has a desire to succeed.
 
The role will require occasional travel to our client’s sites for service and project work as well as some out of hours work from time to time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide telephone, remote and onsite support to VeryPC service customers
  • Installation and maintenance of IT solutions and services
  • Take ownership of issues and projects assigned and manage through to resolution
  • Follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all service work is logged in company ticketing system
  • Monitor, maintain client identifying improvements to internal and client systems
  • Create and maintain documentation for customers, internal systems as well as following standard processes
  • Work with third parties to resolve issues with clients’ systems and software
  • Identify and Implement scripting and automation to improve customer experience where possible

Account Manager

We're seeking candidates for the exciting role of Account Manager in our Business and Education sales team.

You'll be responsible for the growth and development of a base of existing accounts as well as acquiring new business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Account manage a portfolio of customers
  • Develop new business relationships from marketing generated leads
  • Sell and promote the business’s full technology portfolio
  • Ensure individual sales targets and KPIs are achieved on a monthly basis
  • Grow Net spend in your assigned account portfolio
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
