When you work with VeryPC, you’re not relying on a third-party distributor, everything happens right here in our purpose-built 20,000 sq ft facility in Sheffield.
We’ve built our warehouse and manufacturing space to handle scale without compromising on quality. It’s a secure site with dedicated areas for warehousing, assembly, testing, provisioning, customisation and packing. Every stage is handled in-house by our team.
All our products are made to order, so every device is built with the customer in mind. From a single unit to a full rollout, we’re set up to deliver. Our facility has the capacity to manufacture over 100,000 devices a year, and every one of them is built to meet real-world education and business needs.

System Assembly
At VeryPC, every system, whether a desktop, all-in-one, workstation, or signage and media player, is carefully assembled in our dedicated warehouse build area. Our skilled team builds each machine to exact specifications, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability in every product we deliver.
Quality Assurance Testing
Our build-to-spec PCs are carefully assembled to each client’s exact requirements and then undergo rigorous testing by our dedicated team.
They design and execute both manual and automated tests, verify performance, check all components and software work seamlessly together, and ensure any issues are resolved, acting as a critical quality gate before delivery to guarantee every system functions flawlessly.
Packaging & Branding
Once assembled and tested, each system moves to our packaging and branding area. Here, we carefully prepare the PCs for delivery, applying any custom branding, labels, or client-specific finishes as required. This ensures every product not only meets technical specifications but also reflects your brand identity, ready for a professional and polished presentation to your end users.
