33 million pixel display!

Thats the number of pixels your NUC Extreme will be powering if you plug in 4 x 4K displays (sold separately, obviously!). It's 16 times more pixels than a single full HD display - takes some performance capability to support that kind of output, but NUC Extreme is up to the job.

That's just one configuration of displays that NUC Extreme can handle too - how about a 6 monitor setup? with 2 x HDMI, 2 x Mini Display Port and 2 x Thunderbolt 3/USB 3.1 10Gbps Type C ports, 6 displays is totally an option (just not all 4K this time).

Oh and those 2 x HDMI ports? They are HDMI 2.0a which supports 4K at 60 frames per second with High Dynamic Range (HDR) visuals, so you can watch the latest movies with the best quality imagery exactly as the creators intended.

More connectivity that you'll ever need, honestly

NUC Extreme may be small enough to carry around in 1 hand, but that hasn't stopped Intel from jamming a frankly embarrassing wealth of ports onto the front and back panels:

  • 2 x HDMI 2.0a (front and back)
  • 2 x Mini DisplayPort 1.3 (back)
  • 2 x DisplayPort 1.2 via USB 3.1 Type C (back, double as Thunderbolt ports)
  • 4 x USB 3.0 (back)
  • 1 x USB 3.0 orange charging port (front)
  • 1 x USB 3.1 10Gbps Type C (front)
  • 1 x USB 3.1 10Gbps Type A (front)
  • 2 x Thunderbolt 40Gbps (back, double as USB 3.1 10Gbps Type C/DisplayPort 1.2)
  • 1 x 3.5mm headset (combo mic and headhones) jack (front)
  • 1 x speaker/TOSLINK optical audio port (back)
  • 1 x RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port (back)
  • SDXC card reader (front)
  • aaaaand it has a Kensington locking point too so you can secure this portable little beauty!

Oh yeah - Power socket too - they still found room for it.
