Experience peace of mind with our comprehensive warranty options. We offer up to 7 years total coverage, including an Extended Service Plan designed to minimise downtime.
- Return to base: You handle the shipping to us, we’ll take care of the repair and send it back.
- Standard Service Plan: We collect, repair, and return your device. Parts and labour included.
- Advanced Exchange Plan: We send a replacement unit or part straight away and collect the faulty one in the same visit.
- Extended Service Plan: Our highest level of cover, with an engineer fixing the fault at your site.
