We are still open for business but there are a few changes
Please be advised that current response times on managed support tickets may be delayed as we are receiving a significant number of tickets due to COVID-19 and the large number of users that are working remotely.
All tickets will be actioned on a priority basis, site visits will be restricted to critical issues only in accordance with UK Government recommendations on travel for essential works.
Please ensure to include as much information with your ticket as possible, this includes a detailed description of the fault occurring, steps you have tried to resolve this and any screenshots of any errors if possible - these simple steps help enable our technical staff to address your issue as quickly as possible.

Here at VeryPC, we are adhering strictly to government safety advice as to how we work. Most of our departments who can work from home are now currently doing so until the foreseeable future. The staff that remain onsite are following the government guidelines of:
- Washing hands with hot water and hand soap immediately, regularly and when finishing work for at least 20 seconds in accordance with the hand hygiene signs located at all sink areas onsite
- Ensuring commonly touched surfaces are often wiped down with anti-bacterial wipes or sprays on a regular basis
- Maintain a minimum of 2 meter distance from co-workers
The health and well being of our staff is of the most important to us and as part of our duty of care, this is why we have put extra precautions into place to best protect their safety.
Should the government guidance and restrictions change, we will review, adhere and abide by them.

Like most people around the country, the majority of the VeryPC team are currently working remotely from their homes due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
At the time of writing, our Sales, Technical, Accounts and Marketing teams are all working remotely, following recent Government advice. This is definitely not something we expected to be happening two months ago when we were gearing up for Bett 2020 or even last month when we attended ISE in Amsterdam, but like everyone else around the country, it’s slowly becoming the ‘new normal’ for us.
We’re a family here at VeryPC and we love working together, but for myself, it’s been a real joy to see how everyone has come together in a time of uncertainty to keep doing what we do best. Through the wonders of applications such as Microsoft Teams and a wide range of mobile devices, we’re able to video conference each other throughout the working day to discuss projects and even just to check in and see those familiar faces we’re so used to seeing in and around the office.
Whilst it’s been important to ensure our team is up and running remotely, we’re also working hard to ensure that you and your teams are able to operate in the same way we are. Our Technical team are firing on all cylinders helping our managed support users with remote access for their workers, amongst a whole host of other questions and queries.
We don’t know how long the current situation will last, but one thing that’s certain is VeryPC are on hand to support all our customers. From schools, businesses and re-sellers across the country and beyond. We’re sending a whole load of VeryPC love to all those affected by the Coronavirus outbreak and we encourage everyone to follow the Government guidelines and regulations.
