1. The Brief
Steven Brackley has been a long-service customer of us for more than five years. Previously working in the education sector he discovered us from an online search. After speaking with some of his contacts within the industry and the glowing reference they gave Steve took the opportunity to meet some ofour staff at the Bett Show. Steve could instantly see the passion and expertise of the staff.
2. The Challenge
Steve contacted us after transitioning from the public to the private sector. His new postion as Executive at Pantheon A Family Office required 10 All-in-One machines with a touch screen option. The specifications required an Intel processor, with a minimum of an i5, along with 8GB or 16GB of RAM and at least a 512GB SSD. While Wi-Fi was not necessary, Windows 11 needed to be included.
Working in IT is always challenging: the finance department wants costeffective IT solutions; the IT department wants the best and latest technology.
