What a week! As I’m writing this blog post, the temperatures are roughly the same as they were last week in Barcelona where myself, Colin, Jack and Ryan were attending ISE 2022. At this point I should throw in that it was a work trip and not a boys holiday! Although, our visit to Camp Nou to watch Barcelona win 3 – 1 against Celta de Vigo was quite special…
Having been to ISE a couple of times over the years, it was all change this year as not only was it held in the month of May (it was delayed due to COVID) but it was the first time the event itself has been in Barcelona. We were supporting our partners JWIPC and showcasing our range of OPS PCs that transform the way businesses across the world display digital signage and messaging.
For myself, it was great to catch up with familiar faces, especially those that I’ve not been able to see over the past couple of years, and form new relationships with a whole host of different vendors and businesses from across the world.
Held at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via in the heart of Barcelona itself, I was blown away by the sheer size and scale of the event as well as the amount of time it took to walk from one end of the building to the other! Having attended both Bett 2022 and ISE this year, I’ll be giving my legs a break for the rest of the year!
Thanks to all those who we met over the course of the week. We had a great time and we’re looking forward to next time. ISE 2023, see you soon!
