Wellbeing
Looking after each other isn’t an afterthought, it’s part of our culture. We’re proud to have three members of senior management who are trained Mental Health First Aiders with St John Ambulance, providing dedicated support for colleagues whenever it’s needed.
Social Events
Our Social Committee play a key role in promoting employee well-being and fostering a positive workplace environment by organising events and activities that encourage a sense of community. Our past events have included Summer BBQ’s, Escape Rooms, Pub Quiz Nights, Bowling and Hiking Trips.
Personal Development
Growth is important to us, which is why every employee at VeryPC receives an annual training budget to develop their skills and continue learning. Whether it’s technical certifications, professional development, or personal growth, we invest in our people because their development strengthens our business.
Giving Back
Giving back is part of who we are. Team members have three volunteer days each year to support causes that matter to them, and we regularly organise charity initiatives and community events. Supporting the communities around us is something we’re proud of.
