Working remotely from our homes is slowly becoming the 'new norm' for us all and it’s important to note that we have fabulous relationships with vendors which allows us to still have access to stock of laptops and other mobile devices to help you and your staff throughout the ongoing pandemic, as well as the capability of building our own range of laptops, desktops and PCs and we’re adhering to all Government rules and procedures. Alongside this, our range of services such as VoIP phone systems, software licencing and IT security will ensure remote working is as safe and productive as possible for your school or business.

Please be advised that current response times on managed support tickets may be delayed as we are receiving a significant number of tickets due to COVID-19 and the large number of users that are working remotely.
All tickets will be actioned on a priority basis, site visits will be restricted to critical issues only in accordance with UK Government recommendations on travel for essential works.
Please ensure to include as much information with your ticket as possible, this includes a detailed description of the fault occurring, steps you have tried to resolve this and any screenshots of any errors if possible – these simple steps help enable our technical staff to address your issue as quickly as possible.
